This recipe literally takes 10 minutes to make… AND its healthy- using whole fruit and nuts! They taste like frozen ice cream and chocolate bites.
1/2 cup dark chocolate
1/4 cup almonds
1/3 cup coconut oil
3/4 cup strawberries
1/4 cup bananas
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon salt
Melt dark chocolate in a heat proof bowl until smooth, about 1 min.
Process almonds and coconut oil in a food processor until smooth. Add in the rest of the ingredients and process again until smooth.
Line a muffin pan with cupcake liners. Pour a bit of melted chocolate into the bottom of each liner. Then add a spoon of strawberry mixture and add another dollop of chocolate. Swirl around.
Freeze in the freezer for 30 minutes… try not to eat them all!
