I’ve been obsessed with juicing lately. But its still a little cold out and sometimes I want the warmth of a hot drink (that’s not coffee) to keep me cozy on a chilly morning. This drink is spicy and sweet and packs a punch in healthy flavor.
INGREDIENTS
3 apples, cored
2 carrots, peeled
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp allspice
In a juicer, add the apples and the carrots and create a juice. Then transfer the juice to a pot on the stove and bring to a boil. Add in spices and reduce to a simmer. Simmer for 5-10 minutes. Enjoy.
